Cramps

Muscular problems indicate, without doubt, that the body wishes to stop. They represent an inner cry towards no-action, at least not on those terms.

Muscles reveal what happens before, during and after the action.

The before the action is characterized by everything related to projects to come, whatever they may be. Doubts and fears.

The after the action is related to regrets regarding the action that was taken.

The during the action concerns what the person is thinking about, either in a conscious or unconscious form, at the time the action is taking place.

In every case, muscle related problems denote a feeling of undervaluing, and they show that the individual lets himself be undervalued because he leads a life that does not flow naturally. It does not flow naturally because the person pays too much attention to what other people tell him (and/or demand from him), which means he will end up being influenced by thoughts that do not work well for him.

A cramp is an involuntary contraction. It is like a ball. The muscle goes through major contractions, as if it was at the strongest point of the action. It may occur during and after the action. But it may also take place when it is at rest, before the action. In this case, the person is resting and his Cartesian thought may throw his strongest fears and doubts on his face. “You must do it no matter what! Can you do it?”

Cramps may also occur during the action, as we have seen, namely when the person believes that he is not running fast enough and, for this reason, feels undervalued. The mental thought, the ego, impels him to run faster, and it is obvious that the person will end up with crumps during the action. The person let himself be influenced, started thinking with his ego and not with his intuition. He stopped respecting his body.

The person who has cramps is the one who demands from himself a lot of effectiveness in his actions. He has the behaviour of a predator. When the body has crumps, it is showing us that we are raising the stress levels, revealing that, once more, we are paying no notice to our intuition and are attempting to resolve everything rationally, resorting to very yang, masculine and controlling thoughts.

Why does this person need to show increased performance? What makes him feel undervalued if he does not succeed in attaining the desired performance? What makes him harm a part of his body? What is happening to this person’s life balance? The reason is that, in fact, all the problems affecting the locomotor system, and, in particular, the muscles, have their root in the person’s undervaluation. If he plays a sport in order to prove something, but in fact he does not like that particular sport, then he is acting like a predator, instead of accepting that he does not like it, and be more yin, less masculine, less yang. More focused. As it is, he is accepting himself more in the role of prey.

For this type of people, who, after all, are acting like predators due to their egos, pretending to be who they effectively are not, stop eating meat to avoid having crumps is very effective. In fact, To a prey who wishes to be a predator, if instead of meat we feed him vegetables, his body will thank us for it.

Cramps may also be abdominal. And the procedure is the same. The muscles on the right side of the body (not the muscles of the internal organs) are, in principle, yang (masculine) and those on the left side are yin (feminine) both in right and left-hand sided people. However, we must remember that we are talking about the locomotor system, and that the yin/yang polarity regarding the sides of the body in this system is not obvious. Crump on a yang side muscle indicates lack of strength, which the person wishes to ignore due to an excessively masculine behaviour warrior like, and/or which is likely due to influences of a man’s thought. On the yin side, it means lack of strength of the person’s sensible side, which is equally ignored by the person due to the likely influence of a woman’s behaviour.

Cramps occur often when playing a sport, but that exercise may simply be a way of showing the undervaluation that was already taking place on the person’s mind.
