Preoccupation is another word for anxiety

Published on Isolated symptoms.

This is the so called mental anguish, in which the person pays more attention to preoccupation (pre-occupation) or, in other words, in which the person thinks about the future anticipating what has not yet happened. The person worries about what has not yet happened and, because it is in the future, it means it does not depend on the person. This tends to create several problems. They may be stomach problems, namely aerophagy, aerogastria, and others. It can be hypermetropia or farsightedness or bulimia. In conclusion, the person becomes totally drained from anticipating future events, yet unknown, and wants to control what he can not control and detach himself from reality. He must let go, allow life to flow, and enjoy the present.
