Duchenne’s disease is a kind of myopathy

Myopathy

Published on Locomotor system.

Myopathy is a neuromuscular, paralysing disease. This sort of illness always affects the locomotor system, namely the muscles and/or the nerves. They are associated to a big sense of undervaluation. This is the first key-tension. The second key-tension is that associated to feelings about ideas or impulses that are opposite.

The person imposes on himself two contradictory orders regarding movement. The person has opposing wishes. These tensions that provoke two opposing ideas may occur when, for instance, the person wanted very much to do something, did it, and then bitterly regretted it.

If this happens to a newly born baby, we are in the presence of a child who has incarnated but has doubts whether he should have done it (opposing feelings) because he feels neither balance nor harmony in his life to grow freely. In cases like this, it is vital to look at what went on between the parents during pregnancy, birth or early childhood.

Myopathy is a degenerating disease in the muscle tissues and may manifest itself in several places. It denotes major undervaluation, as we have seen.

Duchenne myopathy (pseudo hypertrofic) starts in the lower limbs, proceeds to the upper limbs and reaches the muscles of the torso. It acts very rapidly and loss of

movement happens very early in children. According to medical registers, it is transmitted through chromosome X. The child starts showing hypertrophy in the shin muscles (the muscle is replaced by adipose tissue) and it develops to muscular retraction, with the usual cardio-respiratory complications in the long run.

The Becker type myopathy is a late muscular dystrophy. It takes longer to develop than the Duchenne’s (inability to walk only happens around 30 years of age), but its origins are also associated to the X chromosome.

The Emery-Dreifuss myopathy is a variant of Duchenne’s myopathy, characterised by tendon contractures that appear during childhood and affect primarily the upper limbs, the shin muscles and the extensors of the nape of the neck (rigid spine).

These are all diseases that affect the locomotor system. It is precisely in the locomotor system that we find many contradictions, structural problems, issues related to the ability to stand on your feet.

Problems regarding relationships with the world are located here.

Feelings such as individuality, self-esteem and undervaluation are at stake.

What do I think of my self and what is my role in the world? Where are my assertiveness and my stability? What part of my conscience is in the dark, regarding my relationship with the world? We are talking of conflicts of a personal nature. The diseases mentioned above and other muscle degenerating diseases occur mostly to children, even to very young children, and have their origin at conception. The X chromosome that was referred to earlier is related to fecundation, to the conception of a new being. The emergence of a new being is associated to the relationship between parents and the family, the lineage, the clan.

Therefore, myopathy and other muscle degenerating conditions expose a child who is born with a feeling of guilt and undervaluation (opposing feelings). The person’s body shows that, by starting to destroy the muscles responsible for certain functions. It affects the legs (connection to the biological Mother, feminine waist), it affects the arms (connection to the biological Father, masculine waist), affects all the muscles of the torso and even of the back of the nape. And, in the end, it destroys the heart and respiratory functions. The person punishes himself, as if he felt guilty.

The event has taken place. “I have been born!” “What am I doing here? Is there enough room for me?”

In this case, it is important to acknowledge that we are dealing with a symptom that is associated to the clan and its representatives, the biological parents.

Conception, such as birth, is a three-person creation, which will only bear fruit if the three agree to it (the Father, the Mother and the future baby) and jointly create that epiphany which is the incarnation of a new being.

As soon as the baby is born, his memory of lineage becomes non-conscious. In fact, the baby forgets the entire luggage he brought with him, and he will need all his living experience and communication skills with the family to slowly understand the thinking pattern of his genealogical tree and also how it thinks and behaves.

Thus, it is crucial that the child is told about his family members, that he becomes fully aware of past events, not just the good and epic ones, but all events! Emotions, wars inside the family, hidden scandals, kept information.

One of the most serious problems affecting people nowadays, is having to face up to a family pattern that keeps the past hidden, particularly emotions of the past, because this fact will force the body to unveil them as the person lives. As a matter of fact, the body does not lie, as pointed out in the introduction. And the body always exposes what has been kept hidden.
