Breasts - mastitis

Mastitis is an inflammation of the glands of the breast, caused by accumulation of milk. It happens more frequently after childbirth, mostly after the first pregnancy. Mastitis may affect one or the two breasts, causing them to become red, hardened, painful and hot.
