Bowel - small bowel - Crohn’s disease

Published on Digestive system.

This chronic inflammation affects primarily the bowel but may affect any part of the digestive canal.

It is an inflammation of the ileum, the final segment of the small bowel. It may also affect the colon. The most common symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, fever, painful spasms, blood loss, and anal fistulas. There may also be skin and joint problems.

Though the symptoms are similar to those of ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease affects all layers of the intestinal wall, while ulcerative colitis affects only the innermost layer.

In several European countries, they use expressions that articulate tensions on the mind related to Crohn’s disease: “the guy who rolls on somebody else’s faeces”, “Ass licker.” These expressions illustrate the thinking pattern of a person who wants to gain approval from others. This is a person who sacrifices his own life to serve someone else. He is an hypocrite, ass licker, a brownnoser.

Among other symptoms, the person with Crohn’s disease loses blood and mucous. Blood and mucous are basic substances of life, vital substances.

The body shows that the person renounces his identity, his life, for fear of being alone. This person needs someone else, needs company, even at the cost of loosing his own identity. This may happen due to issues with the spouse (husband or wife) (or someone at home) or an employer.

The person gives his life to another and bleeds and sweats from the anus. The individual may also suffer from skin and joint problems. Skin problems show fear of separation, which, again, shows that the person is, in fact, afraid to be alone. Problems with the joints are associated with inflexibility of thinking and undervaluation issues. This also supports the theory that the person cancels himself out, gives his life to another, and totally loses his value. He does it at the mercy of great inflexibility regarding thinking patterns that he adopted but do not work for him. However, he insists on keeping these patterns, either because he is deeply attached to family and past beliefs, or because some member of the clan or family does not allow him to change the way he thinks. A person with Crohn’s disease suffers from major lack of discernment and sensibility.
