Pancreas

Published on Glands.

The pancreas is a gland that has a double purpose.

It has an exocrine function, through the external secretion of pancreatic fluid that is sent to the duodenum. It is a digestive function. It digests fat.

It also has an endocrine function, through the internal production of insulin, which is involved in the absorption of sugar by the cells in the body and in the regulation of sugar levels in the blood. Therefore, in its blood regulating capacity, the pancreas is an endocrine gland and forms part of the endocrine system.

The exocrine side does not necessarily have to influence the endocrine side.

The pancreas is a busy, hard-working organ. Of all the internal organs, it is the most yang, masculine organ of the body. It teams up with the spleen, which is a more feminine organ. In fact, Chinese medicine calls them the spleen-pancreas. They both form part of the earth element of the five eastern elements.

Pancreas literally means “made of flesh”. Yes, because Pan means the whole, the universe, the god of creation and Crea means flesh.

Everything connected to the value of the soul takes place here. The flesh rots, but the soul is everlasting. The relationship with the might of Heaven, that is, the biological Father, husband or the male model the person has/had in her life is expressed here.

Any person with escalating physical symptoms that have nothing to do with pancreas, usually end up with symptoms in the pancreas. In this case, the analysis of the pancreas symptoms is not very important.

Let’s look closely to the difference between the various types of cancer:

1. The person who suffers from hyperglycaemia and 2. the person who has diabetes feel they have not received love, that they were not loved enough. 3. The person who has hypoglycaemia feels he does not deserve the love of others. 4. The person who has cancer is a very serious, boring and rule bound person, who is convinced he was the recipient of the utmost ignominy and who does not allow the word love to enter his vocabulary.
