Touch

Published on Touch.

Of all the senses, touch is the one that gets more punished by society. Touching is dangerous because it may mean sex. But touching has nothing to do with sex. It has to do with sensitivity and the capacity to accept one’s emotions. The quality of our touch is directly linked to the quality of our self-esteem and to our capacity of giving ourselves to other people. Touching is done through the skin and is a form of communication.

If a person has lost the sense of touch, it means he is a person who wants to distance himself from others. He is a person whose life rules stand higher than his capacity to give in. The person who loses the sense of touch is someone with an excessively yang and masculine behaviour, too controlling.
