Muscular distension

Published on Locomotor system.

Muscles reveal what happens before, during and after the action.

The before the action is characterized by everything related to projects to come, doubts and fears. The after the action is related to regrets.

Muscular distension occurs during the action. When the person thinks he is not being good enough in the action he is taking.

This normally happens in the course of physical activity. The brain impels the person to go further (the brain only sees the next moment) and of course the person ends up with muscular distensions. This is always a demonstration of the undervaluing the person is experiencing.

The question we may ask is: Why does this person need to show increased performance? What makes him feel undervalued if he does not succeed in attaining the desired performance? What makes him harm a part of his body? What is happening to this person’s life balance? The reason is that, in fact, all the problems affecting the locomotor system, and, in particular, the muscles have their root in the person’s undervaluation

Muscle related problems may occur in the muscles of internal organs or in the muscles of the locomotor system.

The polarity of the locomotor system is not always obvious. However, it is important to consider that muscles that are part of the locomotor system on the right side of the body are yang (masculine) and those on the left side are yin (feminine). This applies both to left and right hand-sided people.

Problems in the yang muscles denote undervaluation and inflexibility [due to the influence of a third party (a man?) or too rigid beliefs on the person’s part, inflexibility]. The person wants to go further than what is reasonable. He will insist, be stubborn, a fighter, somehow aggressive. And he will strain his body without looking after it.

The fact that the person defines himself by what he does and attains reveals that he does not value who he is, which in itself is undervaluing.

Problems in the yin muscles denote undervaluation and inflexibility [due to the influence of a third party (a man?) or too rigid beliefs on the person’s part, inflexibility]. The person’s sensitivity is hurt in the effort he makes. The person is afraid of straining the body and feels fragile. He feels he does not have the required value to do or to get there. It denotes undervaluing.
